What are your opening hours and when can I place an order?

Our collection hours are as follows:

Monday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Tuesday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Wednesday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Thursday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Friday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Saturday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Sunday 4:00pm until 10:00pm

And our delivery hours are:

Monday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Tuesday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Wednesday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Thursday 4:00pm until 10:00pm
Friday 4:00pm until 10:00pm

You can place an order any time from when we are open until closing time.


Can I specify whether I want my order delivered or for me to collect it?

Yes, simply let us know at the start of the order process.


Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

We deliver to the following post code areas beginning with: FK4 1 (£3.50), FK4 2 (£3.50), G65 (£3.50), G67 (£2.50), G68 (£2.50) which lie within a 3 mile radius of our address.


Do I need to present my card when receiving the delivery and present my payment card?

No, once payment is taken we will simply deliver your order to your chosen address.


I'm collecting, where do I go?

We're located at Milano Express, Old Inns Roundabout, Old Inns, Cumbernauld, Glasgow, G68 0BJ

Why do you need my personal details?

For all orders, we need your name, phone number and email address. This is to allow us to put a name to your order and contact you in case there are any problems.

You will only be sent marketing communications if you opt in. Find out more by reading our Privacy Policy.


Will it take any longer to make my order up than if I phone the restaurant?

No, as soon as you complete the order process and pay, an email is sent to the restaurant. When they receive it, you are notified that your order is being prepared.


Will you store my payment card details?

No, absolutely not. When it comes time to pay, you will leave our system and be taken to our secure credit card processing company who handles all of our online processing. They do not share your card details with us.


What if the way I want my dish cooked is not a customisation option that I can select?

We will, of course, try to ensure that all preferences are catered for, but in the odd instance that you want something a little different to the menu, please give us a call on 01236 782070.


What if I change my mind about my order?

Unfortunately, once the order is placed and received by the restaurant, you cannot modify your order online. If you are quick, give us a call on 01236 782070 and we will do our best to accomodate you - but this cannot be guaranteed.


What if I have a problem with an order I have received?

We would ask in the first instance to call the restaurant on 01236 782070 and our team will deal with your query.
